Here at T.M.C our team members are our number one asset to our company and clientele, and we ensure all situations are analyzed with a safe, clear, and professional mannerism.
Consistency
T.M.C understands that safety undergoes constant change in our industry, which is the reason why we consistently train and review our employees to meet and exceed all safety standards. Weekly safety meetings are implemented throughout the different branches of the company per the employees assigned work tasks, along with company wide basics meetings to discuss possible hazards and solutions for upcoming situations. All shop and job locations also include MSDS and safety booklets, along with backups for any required safety equipment.
